We visit Silvia at her house in Poggio village during a summer afternoon. I find her watering the orchard. While our kids play soccer on the lawn and destroy her beautiful garden, we sit and sip an iced tea. We take in the stunning view of Portonovo Bay at sunset and she tells me that the works on her village house just above hers, are completed. The apartments are now ready to be rented.
