Easy Truffle Recipes
Easy truffle recipes can be healthy and scrumptous. Try truffle with organic brown rice!
Ingredients:One cup of organic brown rice Your best Parmesan cheese A little olive oil Ground pepper A small onion Black or white truffle or truffle paste
Soak the rice in water for at least half an hour. Cut a small onion and place it in a pressure cooker, add the drained rice, two cups of water, salt and cook for twenty minutes from the moment the cooker starts whistling. Open the cooker and let simmer until the water evaporates. Black truffle needs a little cooking and you can add it while the water evaporates. Once the water has evaporated and the rice looks nice and creamy, add grated Parmesan cheese, a little olive oil, ground pepper. White truffle and truffle paste don't require any cooking and you can simply grate it or add it to your rice. Enjoy this guiltless, delicious dish!
