Generally when we speak about maccheroni we think about a short pasta, with the shape of ribbed, two inches long little tubes.

Against any expectation, the Campofilone Maccheroncini has the shape of very thin spaghetti.

It is made with premium wheat flour and an amazing amount of fresh eggs, ten for each kilo of flour.

Is then worked only by hand and expertly cut into the thinnest fettuccine that can humanly be achieved.

Cut and lightly fry in olive oil an onion, a little celery and a carrot.

Add minced meat, when brown add half a glass of white wine and let evaporate.
