Ingredients for 4 people: 1 pound (450 gr.) FUSILLI 1 cup (300 gr.) of COOKED BORLOTTI BEANS 4 ounces (350 gr.) BACON in small cubes 1 ONION 1 can of PEELED TOMATOES extra virgin OLIVE OIL BASIL leaves 1 crushed CHILI PEPPERS Cut the onion and fry it in a pan with olive oil. When the onion becomes transparent, add the bacon. Once the bacon is crispy, add the beans and the tomatoes. Cook the fusilli al dente in salted water, drain and add to the pan.
